After retiring from the corporate world, I decided to revive my creative juices, and returned to my love of painting. Watercolor media stole my heart. I currently am a graduate student at EMU taking watercolor classes.
Vibrant color characterize my work as a watercolorist. The dynamic use of color and design evoke powerful emotions with the use of energetic colors, shapes and lines. My work tends to focus on the environment as I communicate the wonder of nature through watercolor.
I am the leader of Saline Plein Air Painters, as well as a member of Ann Arbor Women Artists, Ann Arbor Arts Alliance and Cake Eaters of 212 Arts Center.
